“Wizkid Only Sings About Women, We Are on Different Lanes” – Burna Boy [Video]
Popular Grammy award-winning Nigerian Afrobeats and dancehall superstar artist, Burna Boy has let out that his kind of music is very much dissimilar from that of Wizkid’s type of music
The self-acclaimed “African Giant”, who is a close friend of BigWiz stated during a live interview that they are on two completely different lanes.
The interviewer questioned if there was a rivalry between them seeing as they are taking turns to win awards.
Burna said the ‘Joro’ crooner loves singing about only women, whereas his music centres on life as well as women.
He, nevertheless, ascertained that the only thing they share in common is that they care for each other and come from the same place.
The musician said;
“We are on two very different lanes in life. The only similarity really is the fact that we are from the same place and we love each other.
That’s what brings us together, its where we are from and the love we have for each other. Wiz is about the b***ches. Me, I’m about real life and the b***ches.”
