DJ Chicken stirred controversy online by criticizing Wizkid’s deceased mother, alleging that Wizkid hadn’t provided financial support.
DJ Chicken went as far as suggesting he would soon join Wizkid’s mother in the afterlife.
This sparked outrage among Nigerians, especially Wizkid FC, who called for DJ Chicken’s imprisonment.
Despite DJ Chicken’s apology, claiming it’s rooted in love, Wizkid FC rejected it, leading to the denial of DJ Chicken’s access to his TikTok account.
Wizkid, in a post now deleted, shared on his verified Instagram insta-stories section, emphasized the fleeting nature of life with the words:
