A screen capture surfaced on X on Wednesday, disseminated by various sources, indicating Peruzzi’s supposedly incriminating tweet against Davido, promptly removed.
The alleged tweet from Peruzzi says:
“We used to be so close but because you hear say I dey pipe your wife you start to give me attitude. I don leave your circle sha. Ungrateful n*gga like say if no write your songs you for blow.”
The screenshot was shared by user @belikebaddy on X with the following caption:
“You no go fold keh,” implying that Peruzzi sent the tweet before deleting it.
Reposting the tweet, Peruzzi wrote:
“Your own go bad gaannnnn.”
The singer also implied in a subsequent tweet that the widely shared image had been altered.

In recent months, Peruzzi divulged the rationale behind his discreet departure from Davido’s residence post-Chioma’s pregnancy.
Peruzzi explained he was informed of Chioma’s impending move-in and deemed it fitting to secure his own accommodation.
Amid speculations about his paternity to Ifeanyi, Peruzzi disclosed his covert house hunt, sans notification to anyone, including his mentor, Davido.
Nevertheless, he conceded informing Obama of his plans at one point, eventually disclosing to Davido post-acquisition of his residence.
He said:
“When Chioma got pregnant I had to move out. When Ifeanyi was about to be born. When I was looking for the place, I didn’t tell Davido. But they called me and said Chioma is coming.”
