Nollywood actress and filmmaker Iyabo Ojo has once again become a major conversation online following the release of her colleague, Olanrewaju Omiyinka, widely recognized as Baba Ijesha
Baba Ijesha regained his liberty on Friday, November 14, 2025, after spending over three years behind bars due to accusations of sexual misconduct.
Shortly after actor Yomi Fabiyi announced that Baba Ijesha had been exonerated by the Appeal Court, a previous video of Iyabo Ojo reappeared across social platforms.
In 2021, Iyabo had openly discussed the supposed sexual assault case involving Baba Ijesha and a foster child of comedian Princess. During an Instagram Live broadcast, she voiced her strong disapproval of his potential release.
