The ‘Soso’ melodist, seemingly responding to Davido showcasing his tracks while chauffeuring renowned American influencer Kai Cenat around Lagos on Monday evening, disclosed that he perceived the DMW chief harbored animosity towards him.
On his social media account on Tuesday, Omah Lay expressed: “I’ve perpetually believed OBO [Davido] disliked me!”
This marks the premier instance Davido has been observed publicly endorsing Omah Lay’s compositions. The Port Harcourt-raised vocalist stands among the select cadre of emerging Nigerian musicians who have yet to secure a joint project with Davido.
