In a recent wave of Nigerian Entertainment News, media figure Destiny Ezeyim, widely recognized as Radiogad, has shared his thoughts on the ongoing public dispute between Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo and outspoken social commentator Martins Vincent Otse, famously known as Verydarkman (VDM)
VDM has repeatedly criticized Iyabo Ojo on various online platforms, leaking screenshots from a private WhatsApp group formed in pursuit of justice for the late singer Mohbad.
Most recently, he accused her of being deceitful and demanded she make a public apology to Naira Marley, citing her earlier commitment.
In a new video, Radiogad — a former radio host turned digital content producer — offered insight into VDM’s behavior, implying that the activist might be emotionally or romantically interested in Iyabo Ojo. He described VDM’s conduct as nearly obsessive.
Radiogad suggested that VDM has a known preference for older women and single mothers but finds it challenging to communicate his feelings openly, particularly toward Iyabo.
He even speculated that, despite their current hostility, the duo could eventually grow close, possibly even forming a strong bond over time.
His comments sparked widespread discussion across social media, with many users echoing his sentiments. One observer noted that VDM’s demeanor noticeably shifts whenever he discusses Iyabo Ojo.
In Radiogad’s words:
“This issue between you two isn’t really about Mohbad. VDM, you have feelings for Iyabo Ojo — you just don’t know how to admit it. From the way things look, you both might end up as close friends in a couple of years. VDM is definitely drawn to older women and single mothers.”
