Nigerian Entertainment News: Frank Edoho Opens Up About the Collapse of His Second Marriage
Veteran Nigerian broadcaster and renowned host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, Frank Edoho, has disclosed that his second marriage to Sandra Onyenuchenuya has come to an end
In a candid conversation on the Tea With Tay podcast, Frank opened up about his struggles with maintaining relationships, admitting that despite his deep commitment, both of his marriages eventually failed.
He stated:
“Maybe I’m just not cut out for marriage. Honestly, I tried my best in both unions, but it just didn’t work out. The women I married weren’t my soul mates. There’s a big difference between the love of your life and a soul mate — the former is who you think of when you hear ‘love,’ but a soul mate is someone who truly gets you, even without words.”
Frank, who was initially married to fellow media figure Katherine Obiang before marrying Sandra in 2014, shared that he always gave everything in his relationships.
“I always put my partner first. I was ready to sacrifice anything for them. But at the end of the day, you can’t blame someone for falling out of love with you.”
He cited an example involving Brazilian football star Kaká, emphasizing that even men with good intentions and great qualities still get left.
“Look at Kaká — good-looking, successful, kind. Even after he retired, his wife still left him, saying, ‘He was too good.’ So sometimes, being a good man isn’t enough.”
This revelation has sparked conversations across social media platforms, further fueling the ongoing dialogue within Nigerian Entertainment News circles around love, marriage, and compatibility.
