Legendary musician 2Baba has spoken out publicly, offering an apology as the controversy surrounding his union with Natasha Osawaru intensifies, admitting that the situation has produced “too much entertainment” across social media

The issue erupted after his ex-management team, Kaka Igbokwe and Lori Tosan, accused Natasha during a live broadcast with media figure Daddy Freeze of attempting to assume full authority over 2Baba’s finances and professional affairs.

2Baba later appeared in the livestream, urging them to refrain from dissecting his private life. The session was cut short when an off-screen disagreement between him and Natasha was overheard.

The matter worsened when 2Baba’s relatives submitted a petition to the Inspector-General of Police, alleging Natasha was involved in assault, bigamy, and financial irregularities. They claimed she physically confronted him in both the UK and Abuja and confiscated his passport alongside other key documents.

However, 2Baba has now separated himself from those allegations, stating that his family’s petition further escalated the entire drama. He also revealed that Natasha has been subjected to death threats during the ongoing conflict.

Speaking during a public appearance, the 50-year-old music star appealed for peace and empathy. “I must say that I don provide too much entertainment. Please do not be angry at me again. Please forgive me and my family,” he said, emphasizing that the lingering dispute had turned into “too much entertainment that needs to stop.”
