Nigerian Entertainment News: 22-Year-Old Fan Tells Tems, “It’s okay, I like older women” After She Pauses During On-Stage Serenade
A playful exchange took place between award-winning Nigerian singer Tems and a young male admirer at one of her recent live shows
During her set, Tems engaged in her usual routine of selecting a member of the audience to sing to.
She approached the fan, asked his name, his hometown, and eventually inquired about his age.
Upon learning he was just 22, Tems briefly stopped, appearing unsure about continuing the serenade.
Sensing her uncertainty, the fan smiled and reassured her, saying,
“It’s okay, I like older women.”
His witty response sparked laughter from both the audience and Tems. The singer then continued with her performance, softly instructing him,
“look me in the eyes while I’m singing.”
