Authorities discovered the popular comedienne asleep at the wheel of her vehicle, which was still in operation, situated in the center of bustling Beverly Drive.

A concerned citizen notified the police around 5:45 am, expressing worry about the actress found sleeping in her car.

Haddish was allegedly found “slumped over the wheel while the car was running,” according to the source.

She has been cited for a DUI and is anticipated to be released from custody later today.

In a video secured by TMZ, the actress is seen with her hands restrained behind her back, being led to a patrol car.

The arrest, according to the site, transpired “peacefully” without any resistance.

Preceding her nap in the car, Tiffany had delivered a stand-up performance at The Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood for the club’s 43rd annual free Thanksgiving event for the community.

This incident is not the first time she has faced legal consequences for being found asleep at the wheel. In January 2022, she encountered a similar situation, being arrested for a DUI in Peachtree City, Georgia, where she was discovered “dozing in the driver’s seat” of her car, as reported by TMZ.
