American Entertainment News: Diddy’s Ex-Chef Condemns Verdict, Says She Feels Unsafe After Acquittal on Major Charges
In a recent wave of American Entertainment News and global reactions, Jourdan Atkinson, the former private chef of music executive Sean “Diddy” Combs, has voiced deep distress following the court’s decision to acquit him of the most severe charges in his federal sex trafficking case
Taking to Instagram shortly after the verdict was made public, Jourdan described herself as “shaken” and “living in fear,” stating, “I do not feel safe. I am extremely traumatized. I do not know where to go from here.”
She also recounted a disturbing experience from 2008, claiming she was physically assaulted by the Bad Boy Records boss at his New Jersey mansion.
According to her, she first discovered that singer Cassie had also been a victim of Diddy’s alleged abuse in 2009. Atkinson says she remained silent for years, out of fear for both her safety and Cassie’s.
The chef also disclosed that she was deeply unsettled when federal agents came to her home and later issued a grand jury subpoena for her to testify in court this past May. She claims she wasn’t ultimately asked to take the stand because she “had an emotional breakdown” during interactions with the authorities.
In a troubling twist, she alleged that members of Diddy’s legal team contacted her afterward, offering to handle her legal costs—a gesture she believes amounts to “witness interference.”
Atkinson openly criticized the jury’s ruling, calling it “a blatant failure of justice.” She backed up her claims by posting documents, including her subpoena and a letter addressed to Judge Arun Subramanian urging that Diddy be detained.
Although Diddy was cleared of the more serious allegations, he is still facing significant prison time due to two remaining charges related to the transportation of individuals for prostitution.
